I assist the College Master in planning and developing a residential collegiate community according to the 4-in-1 Educational Model implemented by University of Macau. In addition, I work with two resident fellows to design and host experiential learning activities, workshops and seminars to undergraduate students. The college also encourages collaboration with student leaders to promote and  leadership quality and skills of key members of the student groups. 

In addition, I provide academic support and pastoral care through individual consultations, advising students on academic and personal issues where required.
